Upon request (please alert our Front Desk by NOON that day), our Standard Housekeeping Services include:
• Trash removal from in-room trash receptacles
• Fresh towels and removal of dirty towels
• Sweeping/mopping the floors
• Fresh linen (if requested – be sure to place the Fresh Linen sign onto your bed(s) so our staff knows you’d like fresh sheets)
For deeper cleaning services, such as bathroom/shower area cleaning, please request through the front desk by 1 p.m.
For ANY housekeeping or room service, please be sure there is no “Do Not Disturb” signage on your front door or doorknob. If there is, our staff will be unable to provide in-room service.
If you do not require any housekeeping services that day but need fresh towels or linen, please let our front desk know anytime.
Upon a guest’s checkout, the room is deeply cleaned, sanitized and sealed for the next guest arriving.
